ICHA provides ongoing mentorship that helps healthcare professionals strengthen their clinical knowledge, develop practical skills, and build confidence in caring for newborns and children. By working alongside physicians, nurses, and clinical teams in our NICU and in other hospitals, we help translate evidence-based medicine into everyday practice.
Our bedside training emphasizes hands-on learning, clinical decision-making, teamwork, and continuous quality improvement—creating lasting improvements in patient care.
Our Priorities
- Provide ongoing bedside teaching and clinical mentorship for healthcare professionals.
- Strengthen the capacity of referring hospitals through practical training, mentoring, and collaborative quality improvement.
- Develop a Neonatal & Pediatric Nursing Specialty Program to prepare the next generation of specialist nurses.
- Establish clinical exchange programs that promote shared learning and professional development between healthcare institutions.
- Build national training and accreditation partnerships to strengthen pediatric and neonatal education and support sustainable workforce development.
