In 2022, Tiny Feet Big Steps returned to Arusha, Tanzania, for its second five-day neonatology conference. Bringing physicians and nurses together, TFBS was designed to empower medical teams with practical, evidence-based skills to care for critically ill and premature babies—helping more of them survive, thrive, and grow into Africa’s future.
